Number: It occurs at the request of the service owner, implying an additional charge on your invoice next month, or due to the need for ETECSA, the service owner being notified promptly and without causing any charge.

How to request it? Via telephone dialing 112, Commercial Management service, identifying with your name, telephone number and personal identity number.

Delugar: It consists of changing the location of any terminal equipment within the same property. It involves an additional charge on your bill next month. For more information call 118, Commercial Information.

Disassembly: It consists of changing the route of the interior cables, without affecting the position of the terminal equipment. It involves an additional charge on your next month's utility bill. For more information call 118, Commercial Information.

How to request it? Via telephone dialing 112, Commercial Management service or at the Commercial Offices. They must be identified with the name of the owner, telephone number and personal identity number.

International departure service

The owner of the service, or his agent, who has a telephone service belonging to a digital exchange can contract the International Exit service at his Commercial Office, after signing a supplement to the service contract. Conversation minute rates apply in CUC. ETECSA will deliver an invoice with the amount of the monthly consumption.

Documents to present:

    Identity document of the owner or the agent.
    Notarial deed if necessary.


Caller ID service

(This service is offered in 2 modalities)

Postpaid: The owner of the service, or his agent, who has a telephone service belonging to a digital exchange can contract the service from his Commercial Office, after signing a supplement to the service contract. Rates apply in CUC. ETECSA will deliver an invoice with the amount of monthly consumption (30 calendar days).

How to request it? In your Commercial Office.

Documents to be submitted:

    Identity document of the holder of the telephone service or of the attorney.
    Notarial deed if necessary.

Prepayment: The request can be made by anyone as long as they pay in advance in CUC the amount corresponding to the fixed monthly fee (30 calendar days) of the months they want to use the service.

How to request it? At any ETECSA Commercial Office or Multi-Service Center.

Documents: Not required.

Special disconnection and connection

At the request of the owner, the telephone service is temporarily disconnected for a period that will not exceed twelve (12) months, it may be longer when it proves that it will remain absent for longer.

You must continue to pay the monthly fee and you can request the service connection at any time.

Reconnection

It may be requested when it is necessary to reconnect terminal equipment that has been removed by the owner of the service, for any reason. It involves an additional charge on your bill next month. For more information call 118, Commercial Information.

Telephone transfer to another address

The owner of the service or agent may request the transfer of the basic telephone service to a new address when this is determined, ETECSA guaranteeing it, provided that the availability of the telecommunications network allows it, even if this provisionally implies variation in technical support through a authorized technology and as long as the owner's consent exists. This right does not prescribe. It has a cost and is charged to the phone bill. For more information call 118, Commercial Information.

    Identity document of the owner or the agent.
    Notarial deed if necessary, specifying that it is for paperwork.
