Economic Report of Finances and Prices with closure of April 2020.
The municipality of Cárdenas has eight budgeted units and one with a unit with special treatment, which is the municipal direction of Communal Services. The current expenses of the Budgeted Activity of a notified plan of 151 million 366 thousand 600 pesos have been modified, a total of 4 million 535 thousand 700 pesos for, different concepts such as road maintenance, construction maintenance plan and agreements delivered by the 1% territorial contribution for local development and subsidies to natural persons for construction materials, the updated plan reaches the figure de155 million 902 thousand 300 pesos. The current expenses of the Unbudgeted Activity of a notified plan of 38 million 277 thousand 500 pesos has been modified an amount of 1 million 281 thousand 700 pesos by way of territorial contribution by 1% and decreases of the subsidy of Communal; the updated plan reaches the figure of 39 million 559 thousand 200 pesos.
Until the period of APRIL / 2020 of a notified plan for territorial contribution for local development of 12 million 595 thousand 700 pesos, the budgeted activity has received to date 584 thousand 095 pesos and the unbudgeted 1 million 497 thousand 157 pesos which correspond entirely to an updated plan of 14 million 677 thousand pesos.
Transfers to a specific destination increase by 1 million 542 thousand pesos for an updated plan of 2 million 320 thousand 300 pesos, which the construction materials subsidy
From a notified budget of Municipal Remitted Income that amounted to a total of 529 million 395 thousand 400 pesos which were reprogrammed by sections and paragraphs, which are directives of the Ministry of Finance and Prices. 2 081.3 MP of the agreements of the Municipal Administration Council delivered during the first quarter of the year were increased to this annual plan, from the financing raised by 1% for Local Development, reaching the figure of 531 476.7 MP.
The execution in the month of April behaves in the following way: From a reprogramming of 222 676.4 MP a total of 232 009.9 MP is entered into the state budget for 104.19%, with 9 333.5 MP above what was planned. If we compare it with the plan for the year, it behaves at 43.65%, which should have been at 25%.
Comparing the collection with the same period of the previous year, we must state that despite the situation that our country presents with the pandemic that is hitting us, only 518 thousand 100 pesos were stopped contributing to the State Budget below 2019, since they had been raised 232 528.0 MP and this year 232 009.9 MP was entered.
Sales tax with a notified annual management plan of 153 846.5 MP and a schedule until April of 41 130.3 MP 49 554.6 MP were collected for 120.48% highlighting the sales of the bakeries of the Chain of Bread at differentiated prices that are exceeded to 3.50%, the non-agricultural cooperatives that entered in the month 7 095.3 MP and a cumulative of 29 718.8 MP if we compare it with the previous year that 21 195.1 MP were entered, there was an increase of 8 523.7 MP, currently we have ten non-cooperatives agricultural.
