These procedures lead to a Certification of Domain, which is taxed with a stamp of 10.00 pesos and the Certification of Negative which is taxed with a stamp of 5.00 pesos. The Fees that are charged in the Property Registry are covered by Decree Law 196/35 and Resolution 188/03, this Fee varies according to the legal value of the property. The legal term of the procedures is 10 business days converted into 15 calendar days.
